![]() I am more inclined to uninstall Office 365 and reinstall before trying to repair files. This is a brand new PC and install within the last 3 days. Right click on Outlook icon and run as Administrator. Login to Windows with a new profile to rule out problem in Windows profile.ħ. Wait until the repair process is over, launch Outlook, and test if you can add a signature now. ![]() Double-click on the executable file to launch it. It should be located under C:Program FilesMicrosoft OfficerootOffice16. Don't leave CTRL key, till it asks for the confirmation about safe mode.Ħ. Launch Outlook and open the file location of your Office folder. To rule this out, start Outlook in safe mode. There is a possibility that some Add-in is causing the problem. Open your Outlook > Press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC to open Task Manager > Under processes tab, right click on Outlook.exe > Open File Location > This location contains SCANPST.exe which you should double clikc to runĥ. Create new Outlook profile to rule out corruption in Outlook profile. Try one by one and and check after each stepġ. F Go back to Microsoft Outlook and paste the signature block in the section under Edit Signature G Modify the information accordingly. Below are general troubleshooting options for Outlook.
